Manchester Resorts had begun construction of a luxury villa resort on an 18 hole golf course in San Diego CA and needed on-site temporary space quickly. The resort wanted a functioning pro shop, food & beverage building and sales center while the current club house, custom houses and hotel resort were being built.

The ModSpace branch in San Diego was able to get the buildings on-site complete with a fully functional floor plan in only 6 weeks. Within two weeks later the building interiors were customized and ready for business for the resort.

The pro shop and food & beverage building includes a kitchen with wainscoting and attractive wood flooring in the dining area. Meals and snacks can be served outside with the addition of a 40' x 40' wood deck that provides year round comfort with outdoor heaters and a canopy covering the entire deck.

Inside the sales center includes a lobby area that leads into the site model and villa model relief room. The building layout allows potential buyers to move from the lobby to the relief room and then onto detailed "mock rooms" that display the options available in the custom homes.

The interior of the buildings were also modified extensively by Manchester Resorts to showcase some of the available features in their custom homes, such as: custom ornate columns, marble floors, matching crown molding and baseboards, canned lighting, textured walls, Berber carpet and upgraded doors.

Overall, within eight weeks Manchester Resorts had a new sales center to help pre-sell their new luxury villas and a fully functional pro shop & beverage building for potential buyers to begin enjoying the resort lifestyle!
