Space for Life and Learning

Alpine School District

Alpine School District wanted to expand student opportunities at their alternative high school. Because of overcrowding, space for their new Life and Learning Center was not available.

  • Flexibility of modular construction allowed building to be completed in two phases to accommodate the school's budgetary constraints. Phases III and IV to be completed as budgets allow.
  • Building completed within district's time frame to take advantage of fiscal year limitations.
  • ModSpace and Alpine School District previously worked together building several elementary and junior high schools. This continuing relationship facilitated the design-build process of the new Life and Learning Center as both teams focused their energy toward a common goal.
