Here are a few of our recent projects:

The small town of Cape Vincent, NY decided to upgrade their border patrol location

ModSpace Corporation submitted a bid for a modular structure which would blend in with the surrounding buildings. The 1500 square foot building contains the space for three Government branches and is fitted with two correctional quality holding cells with welded steel underlay surrounding each of the cells. We were able to using a siding as well as roofing materials which allowed us to blend the facility into the surrounding buildings.

The City of Greenbrier seeks a new, cost-effective facility for its 14-person police force

Police officials now have a facility that's designed specifically for law enforcement. The chief, captain and detective each have their own offices, while the patrol team can congregate in either the kitchenette/squad area or the conference room. Three additional offices are available for police staff and city personnel.

Winter Park enlists ModSpace to insure continuity of operations for their local United State Post Office

ACI Architects contacted ModSpace and within a few days, the ModSpace Orlando-based Sales and Construction Services Team provided a design concept and proposed scope of work for two 10,000 square foot buildings. The two buildings serve distinct purposes. Building One is the Retail Center where the Post Office boxes, stamp machines and the customer service counters can be found. Building Two, the Carrier Site, is where the mail is sorted and distributed to the route drivers for delivery.
