The NYC Department of Transportation needed a safe, secure and code-compliant vehicle redemption center ModSpace was able to meet their needs through a steel and concrete/noncombustible facility. The facility incorporates natural and artificial lighting at strategically-located claims counters, waiting areas, offices and complex computer telecommunications rooms all of which were complemented by a high level of passive and active security. |

The Pentagon required a fast, but long-term solution to their space issues ModSpace brought the Pentagon a flexabile solution of modular buildings which were delivered and operational within 21 days. The units are at several sites within the Pentagon and will be moved to other parts of the grounds as the renovations progress in the coming years. |

When the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needed to renovate administrative space in the Pentagon, ModSpace had the answer ModSpace provided a 25 unit modular building totaling 18,000 square feet which was installed at the north end of the Pentagon's parking lot. The buildings were delivered, erected and ready for occupancy within 142 days with full turnkey services including site work, landscaping, paving, as well as the installation of steps, decks, ramps, walkways, a five-zone split HVAC system and a wet sprinkler system. |

The San Diego Armed Services YMCA, (SDASY) contacted ModSpace for an office solution for their staff of 14 ModSpace was able to design a two building structure, complete with matching exterior - matching siding to stucco and a metal clad roof which required a new engineering design for the roof. Upgrades included a nine-foot 2 x 2 reveal edge ceiling, a full laminate finish of all cabinets, custom designed reception and mail room areas and a custom awning with the ASYMCA logo silk-screened onto the main entry. |
